The language is olelo hawai’i. We were asic but efficient (Aquaculture). We had cities moron where do you live unda one rock…(ER) lol
No doubt! Imangine what it was like being taught as an American citizen. The Pledge of Aliegence, history of the U.S., etc, eventually, we became a true believeable American citizen.
The time when I had second thoughts of being an American citizen was during the 50th anniversary of Statehood–When they explained that the U.S. overthrew our Kingdom government. You da man!

The Hawaains were only recently unified around the time of Captain Cook…and the original Hawaiins came from Tahiti…so who did it belong to before the Hawaains arrived?…to the trees, grass and volcanoes?
Hawaains were a very basic society that left no permanent cities…did they have a written language?
All lands seized by the US goverment have been thru stealing and cheating. The foundations of the US are : murder, theft, deceit, lies. All are inmoral landgrabs to the native Americans,Mexicans and Hawaiians..

That is an issue they’ve talked about & one of the things that definitely would be taken into consideration but the way it was described, it’s like if a HAWAIIAN had sold you his car, then someone stole your car, but sold it to someone else, & that person sold it to someone else, then the original thief admitted to stealing your car. So, who does the car belong to, the most recent purchaser, or the one before that, or you, or the Hawaiian who sold it?
I wish I could attend these talks just to hear. My friend just went back home this afternoon, she spent 1 night here @ my place, she attends that Uni., getting her master’s in indigenous governance I think she said.
There’s a new documentary that is out & available called NOHO HEWA, & they mention a few instances how the US tried to cover things up. I mean their military. Yes, they definitely lie & continue to do so.
To many of us, what’s more absurd is how this propaganda has spread & the world believes that the Hawaiian Kingdom is a part of the US, yet the U.S. Dept. of Justice mentioned in 2 instances how they couldn’t understand by what means did the US Congress annex the Hawn islands. In other words, there was no treaty of annexation.

Hawaii’s situation is diff. It could be compared to the Baltics of which recently managed to have Russia deoccupy.
