Actually, it is possible for a man-made device to create such devastation. Nikola Tesla was able to make a portable earthquake device. Although it was busted on Mythbusters because it did not destroy the bridge they tested on, only small vibrations felt on the entire bridge, a super-sized version can result in a earthquake like that… I don’t blame HAARP though, I blame mother nature
